VIRTUAL WEEKLY WOMEN’S PSYCHOTHERAPY GROUP:

    • I currently have several openings in my long-term women’s psychotherapy group for those who identify as women in their 50’s, and 60’s.  This psychodynamic process group will be comprised of women who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, perfectionism, worthiness, vulnerability, and family of origin issues.  The focus will be on the “here and now” experience of group members, providing insight into members’ ways of relating to others in an honest, yet supportive atmosphere.  The group will meet virtually on Thursdays from 11am-12:15pm and the cost is $140 per session.

I also facilitate Daring Greatly™ Groups based on the research of Brené Brown (see The Daring Way™ page)
