Group therapy can be an incredibly powerful adjunct treatment modality to individual and couples psychotherapy. Group therapy helps people learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships while getting support and feedback from others.

  • I currently have 2 openings in my long-term women’s group for 30-40+ year-olds that meets in-person on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45. Members are working on issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships. The cost is $125 per session and will likely be reimbursed under most insurance plans. Please contact me directly if you are interested in joining this group.

  • Long-term women’s psychotherapy group for those who identify as women in their 50’s, and 60’s.  This psychodynamic process group will be comprised of women who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, perfectionism, worthiness, vulnerability, and family of origin issues.  The focus will be on the “here and now” experience of group members, providing insight into members’ ways of relating to others in an honest, yet supportive atmosphere.  The group will meet virtually on Thursdays from 11am-12:15pm.

I also facilitate Daring Greatly™ Groups based on the research of Brené Brown (see The Daring Way™ page)
